The HOA board retains decision-making authority over governance and the community's major decisions, with the management team providing support and guidance along the way.
Community Solutions & Sales assigns a dedicated transition team that works directly with your new community manager, your current management company, and your association's board to ensure a professional, seamless transition. This includes reviewing past meeting minutes and policies, transferring vendor contracts and scopes of service, collecting outstanding homeowner fees and balances, conducting vendor walkthroughs, and holding a board orientation or meet and greet.
